Red Bull Driver Search Finalists Selected

Sebring, FL (14 Sept 2005) - The 2005 Red Bull Driver finalists were chosen today at Sebring International Raceway. Casey Neal (17) of Middletown, OH and Ryan Phinny (15) of Carmel Valley, CA will move forward to the Final test at the Autodromo Fernanda Pires Da Silva circuit in Estoril, Portugal next month.

Eleven drivers traveled from across the US to participate in this two-day event. On the first day the drivers were given a thorough introduction to the Skip Barber Formula Dodge racecars in which they would compete. On the second day, they were put through a series of practice laps, qualifying sessions and heat races. The judges carefully reviewed and evaluated the drivers, and Neal and Phinny were selected to move forward.
